Baby Food

So, the rice cereal wasn't such a popular menu item, but things really changed when we offered up some sweet potatoes.

Cutest Hat Ever

While in Kansas City, we found this hat at an Art Fair. It might be the cutest damn thing I've ever seen.

Grandma and Baby

Grandma might have been the happiest to see Madeline in Ohio.

She loves to be rocked.

Madeline sleeping soundly.

Ohio Visit

Madeline had her first trip to Ohio. The flight both ways went just as smoothly as the flight to KC, and this confirms that we have the best child money can buy. She was very excited to meet the family, and they her.

Her cousins Savannah and Shelby were ready and willing to smother her.

Cousin Emily couldn't wait to feed her.

She took a quick liking to her Great Aunt Linda.

Great Grandma could hardly contain her excitement.

All of that made her very tired.

New Bear

Madeline got a new stuffed bear over the weekend. It's sort of a plush bear skin, and she just loves to cuddle with it.

OU Fan

Madeline was showing her spirit for OU/Texas weekend in Dallas.

First Real Food

If you can call it that. We tried some rice cereal the other night, and you can see how well she enjoyed it.

I'm not a big fan.

Alright! Milk!

I guess I'll try it again.

Maybe it's not so bad.

New Walker

She likes her new toy.

What is This Called?

It really makes an odd noise.

Cold Weather

Kansas City was a little cold, so Madeline got a new hat and was able to wear her REI fleece for the first time.

Baby's First Flight

She was a rockstar! Everyone who walked by her had to steal a glance at our beautiful baby. That smile on her face was pretty much permanent until she started her nap. All of her parents' fears were melted when we landed in KC without a single complaint from our darling.
